Texas Golf Shows
Texas Golf Shows, Inc. is an innovative marketing firm specializing in developing and managing strong business growth opportunities to its clients. Founded in 1994, Texas Golf Shows, Inc. uses a cadre of experienced professionals chosen specifically for each marketing project. Ultimately, our primary goal is to help businesses reach their growth potential through one of our many innovative marketing campaigns strategically developed for the golf industry. We accomplish this task with the development, promotion and managing of golf trade shows, which are open to the public. We allow golf related businesses the opportunity to exhibit their products and services to a well defined niche market: GOLFERS!
Texas Golf Shows, Inc. produces four annual golf shows each year. All events are held in Texas with a family focus. We prohibit exhibitors from displaying any products or services contrary to our theme. Many of our attendees bring their kids and grandchildren. These youngsters are very enthusiastic about playing golf and in most cases have been brought to a Texas Golf Expo with parents and grandparents who have the necessary disposable income these kids enjoy! Hence, our marketing targets are these kids and teenagers too, decision makers with buying power.
Each show will feature many exhibiting companies who will be demonstrating, discussing and selling their products and services. Additionally, we launch a geographically specific advertising campaign for each show utilizing all types of media including newspapers (regional and community), radio, and television. In addition, we will do a direct mailer to over 25,000 selected golfers in the current show's marketplace. We're serious about advertising because our experience has proven an aggressive advertising campaign is what it takes to get the attendees to our event.
A unique feature for our show is the Attendee Registration Disk. Prior to entry, each attendee is required to register with contact information, their demographics and golfing habits. Texas Golf Shows, Inc. then compiles the information and burns it to a disk to be distributed to each exhibitor. The Attendee Registration Disk allows you to send follow-up letters and emails as well as make direct communication with our attendees. You can even down load this valuable data onto your own mailing list system for future marketing campaigns. This tool alone is well worth the investment cost of exhibiting in Texas Golf Expo!
Each event averages approximately 80 to 100 exhibitors and 12,000 TO 15,000 attendees at each golf expo. Exhibit space is open to a variety of businesses designated to enhance the experience of our attendees. An example of those businesses are: Golf Equipment, Golf Supplies, Golf Carts, Golf Lessons, Golf Schools, Golf Accessories, Putting Green Installations, Country Clubs, Golf Clubs, Golf Gifts, Financial and Banking Services, Insurance Services, Business Products & Services, Home Products & Services, Health, Fitness & Wellness, Beauty & Cosmetics, Sports Medicine, Chiropractic Services, Travel Related Services, Real Estate Firms, Other Miscellaneous Products & Services.
Exhibit space is available in increments of 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft) with a choice of an AISLE or CORNER booth. Other exhibit spaces available include a DOUBLE AISLE (10' x 20') and a DOUBLE CORNER (10' X 20'), both of which are (200 sq. ft). Corner booths are the most desired and consequently, the most limited in space availability as these booth spaces have traffic access on two sides. Each (10' x 10') exhibit space package comes with the following items: A Covered & Draped Table, 2 Chairs, a Waste Basket, an I.D. Sign Displaying Your Company Name, 2 Exhibitor Lunch Tickets per show day, 2 Exhibitor Break Room Tickets per show day and 2 Exhibitor Cocktail Party Passes. Exhibiting companies who purchase either a DOUBLE AISLE or a DOUBLE CORNER will receive DOUBLE the items listed below. For payment of your exhibit space, we accept the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, Business Check or Personal Check.
