Mike Sims offers over 24 years of construction experience, dedicating all aspects of design, consulting, and management to each and every project. From commercial metal and residential buildings, to luxury equestrian accommodations and cutting edge golf course facilities. An alumnus of The Texas School of Business, Mike is dedicated to providing the utmost in customer service by ensuring a rare commitment of quality assurance and prompt delivery. Mike is 54 years old and has been owner of the business since 1983. He is a member of The Ark Family Church and a member of the “Promise Keepers". He has also been an active member of Golf Course Builders of America since 2001.
Mike says "The customer really is our main priority. Please do not get me wrong... we make good money in what we do, but that enables us to visit every project and maintain quality and timely construction schedules. It doesn't matter if it is a bingo hall in Homestead, Florida or a building for Marathon Oil in Cortez, Colorado - we are there, in person."
Our golf division is guided by Mancil Davis . Davis is known worldwide as “The King of Aces”, for his PGA world record 51 holes in one. The native born Texan scored his first official hole in one at age 11, and continued to find the hole throughout his amateur and professional career. Davis played the tour in 1975 and 1976, before focusing on a Club Professional career in 1977. Davis has served as the Director of Golf at The Woodlands Country Club (former site of the PGA Houston Open), the Trophy Club in Roanoke, TX (only course ever designed by Ben Hogan), The Resort at Squaw Creek in Lake Tahoe, CA and has served as an active PGA member since 1974.
