Craig Pearson, Architect, founded the firm in 1995 as Pearson & Associates and worked as a sole proprietor. Growth came from long hours and hard work in providing clients dependable project programming along with practical and cost effective architectural design services. This was basis of the firm’s philosophy which was established by Craig Pearson during the 1980s when he was Senior Project Architect for the nationally known real estate development company Landmark Land Company. In 1998 the firm incorporated as an S-Corp under the name of Pearson Architects, Inc., (PAI) located in Palm Desert.
We continue to believe that through dedicated hard work, we touch people’s lives in a subtle way every time they are able experience design which is always intended to enhance their quality of life.
PAI now has three locations in California. The main office is in Palm Desert, a second office is located in Pebble Beach, and the most recent office is located in Carlsbad. Our Firm’s primary creative focus has been on design and planning of Resort Hospitality projects, Golf Course Clubhouse/Country Club facilities, and Fitness/Recreational facilities. We continually retain an interesting array of project types to direct our energies into constructive, consistent, design solutions. Most recently we have offered in-house Interior Design service to enhance our services.
